EVERYSCREEN

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This is the privacy policy of UpMeet.co LLC ("we", "us"), which provides EVERYSCREEN. It covers EVERYSCREEN Studio, the decks, web pages and share links published with it, and this website, everyscreen.ai (together, the "Services"). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Our digital signage system, Signaige (formerly EVERYSCREEN Signage), its players and the SignAIge emergency alerts text message program are covered by the Signaige Privacy Policy, including its mobile numbers and text messaging commitments.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you use EVERYSCREEN Studio, we keep your name, email address and sign-in details. If you sign in with another account, such as Google, we receive the email address that account confirms.
  • Content. The descriptions you give, the sources you point Studio at, the decks, web pages, media and other content you create, upload or import (for example PowerPoint files), and the pages and share links you publish.
  • Billing information. If you buy a paid feature, a record of the purchase. Payment details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our servers log requests (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the Services running and secure. Signed-in users receive a session cookie needed to stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and secure the Services, and to support our users.
  • To build the content you ask for, including by sending your descriptions and sources to the AI services that generate it.
  • To communicate with you about your account and the Services.
  • To comply with law and to protect the rights and safety of people and of the Services.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers who host, store, process or deliver data for us (for example cloud hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and AI services used to generate content you asked for), under obligations to use it only to provide their service to us;
  • with the people you choose to share with: anyone with a share link or a published page's address can see that content;
  • when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of people or of the Services;
  • as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy's commitments.

Retention

  • Account information and content are kept while the account is active and deleted after the account is closed, except where we must keep something longer to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
  • Published pages and share links stay available until you unpublish them or your account is closed.
  • Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
  • Backups are overwritten on a regular cycle.
